“So,” James asked, “what happened this time ?”

“The same thing as every other time, James, don’t pretend like you don’t know.” Sirius sighed and took another sip of his tea. “I mentioned something about moving in, he repeated the same bullshit arguments about how that’s a terrible idea, I tried to explain how his reasons were stupid, we had a fight and he ran off. The exact same scenario as every other time.” He was starring at the bottom of his mug, regretting for a second that he didn’t take Divination and that he couldn’t find words of advice in the tea leaves.

“Look mate, I know this whole situation is tough for you, but have you ever tried really listening to him ?” James sounded tired, probably because it was the second time this week that Sirius had came to him with this issue – and probably the tenth since the beginning of this mess.

“If I wanted to hear bullshits that make no sense, I would read the Quibbler, thank you very much. I just wish he would see sense, you know ?”

He wondered if Remus was saying the same thing to Peter, right now. Ever since they got together, it had been agreed that in time of conflict, James would hear Sirius and Peter Remus.

“Sirius, no matter how much you deny it, he sort of makes sense. I know you really want him to move in, but he’s right : you will get pretty intense backlash if people learn you’re living with a werewolf, let alone that you’re dating him.”

“But I don’t care what anyone else thinks !” He shouted. “They can all shut me out and I wouldn’t care ! I just want Moony !” At this point, he was nearly sobbing.

James looked at him with a mixture of pity and compassion. “But he cares about that. He cares about you. And I’m not saying you should give up – far from it – I just think you should consider that when you talk to him.”

“I guess,” Sirius said, “but what if he never wants to do it ?”

“Oh, he will. Don’t worry about it. Moony was never able to resist you very long.” He smirked and pulled his brother into a hug. “Now let’s make more tea and play Exploding Snap, okay ?”

im glad im safe too and i know what i did was the logical thing to do – i mean there were adults on the bus who didnt do anything either

but its hard not to feel a bit guilty when people got hurt, you know ?

so this morning i got stuck in a closed bus for two minutes with a man who threatened people with a knife ( the kind you can definitely kill someone with ), yelled at everybody and violently hit a student with his heavy bag

i ran away as soon as physically possible and now i wish i had done something
