hi! since today’s announcement is stressing everyone out, i have prepared a plan in case everything goes even more more, or this blog gets deleted, or tumblr as a whole becomes less enjoyable
first of all:
- i will keep this blog as active as usual. i do not plan to leave tumblr at all.
- if you see one of my posts flagged, please let me know! some of my posts have already been flagged for no reason and i want to keep my content
- i might post some nipple pics (not mine, probably not real ones) just to protest against the new rule. stay tuned
- i will probably partake in the logout day
now that’s clear, i have to say all of this gave me a lot of anxiety, so i have designed a plan:
- i am currently backing up my blogs to keep them safe, just in case
- i have created an insta called @jkdestroyedourbestships that i will use if my blog gets randomly deleted
- i created a mastodon account, empty for now. i might get a pillowfort one too if tumblr gets really unenjoyable after december 17th
that said, i have full confidence that this account, and hopefully all of the ones i enjoy, are going to be fine and that we can get over this. if i have already talked to you and you want my twitter or insta, dm me!
