Hey about the name thing, SAMEEE ugh. Idk but I feel like my name doesn’t suit me and I should have a different name. It feels so weird when someone says my name out loud lol. Here on tumblr I go with another name (sounds kinda like my real name but like much more western/english) and I feel better about it. But I feel bad for not using my real name which is not western-ish or english and I feel like I was indoctrinated by the media (?) bc there’s no representation for foreign names ~name anon

you should never feel guilty about doing what makes you more comfortable! honestly whatever your reasons are, your comfort and happiness should always be the priority. it sucks that people with foreign names dont get that rep, but forcing yourself to use that name instead isnt going to fix anything
