I think you said you are dissociating so I’m going to give you my basic tips: 1) make sure you are in a safe place. Stay home or go home or get someone you trust to pick you up so you don’t have to drive or travel. 2) consider logging out of social media. 3) try making a list of things you know are real. Even if they are simple, like the trees are real, my dog is real, my name is so and so. 4) find something or someone that makes you feel anchored. Hug your dog or paint or talk to a friend.
