hear me out. of course remus was too proud to accept huge donations of money while they were alive but why didnt they leave him anything in their will ????

BULLSHIT ! the potters werent stupid, they knew a war was likely to get them killed. they would be smart enough to leave a will.

have you ever thought maybe Remus didn’t accept it? Not everyone accepts money given to them by family and friends. 

or that maybe James and Lily didn’t have an inheritance planned out cause they died when they were 21?

or that even if it was left to him Remus just couldn’t?
