As soon as Remus opened the door of his dorm, he felt a deep desire to slam it shut again and run away far from this hellish place.

Sirius was sat on his messy bed, wearing nothing but boxers and a black ripped tank top, and was applying a dark purple nail polish on his left hand. He grinned at Remus, unaware that a drop of polish was about to fall on the clothes all over his bed. The speakers were blowing up some terrible semi pop music.

“Hi Moon-Moon ! How was your library trip, found any good books ?”

“I did, but none of them involves a cursed vampire falling in love with a poor human, so I doubt it would interest you. Padfoot, why is your emo phase making a sudden comeback ?”

Sirius rolled his eyes and sticked his tongue at his boyfriend. “It’s goth, your prep. Also it’s not a phase. Stop being so condescending !”

Sirius finally took notice of the dreadful polish drop and promptly got back to his nails. Remus walked to the CD player and looked at the album resting next to it.

He instantly paled.

“Sirius ? Is that a new My Chemical Romance album that I see there ?”

“Well you could have figured that out yourself, but yes it is.” He smiled and his eyes lighted up. “It came out yesterday.”

“That means we have at least an entire month of this on repeat and you asking us what kind of black best matches your eyes ?” Sirius nodded enthusiastically. “You’re lucky you’re cute, you know ?”

“You love me !” he shouted.

“I do, but I swear if you end up playing Jenna Lee again I will murder you in your sleep.”
