well mainly i just… dont see it ? like everyone is saying they had obvious tension or something and i’m here like… they were enemies ? in a war ? i’m pretty sure voldemort and harry had some war tension too and yet… ( yes i know some people ship them dont remind me )
also even if you give draco a redemption arc, i still think it would have been pretty hard to work out all of their tension, with al the name calling. like call it “foreplay” if you want, but some things that draco said, especially about lily and james, were just plain cruel. and i dont think harry would be able to forget all that and get in a relationship with draco ?
and thirdly, i think that the drarry shippers ( not ALL of them, obv, and i believe with no bad intention ) romantize bullying and harrasment with posts like “when draco wanna say i love you he says i hate you uwu” and that rubs me off the wrong way.
OBVIOUSLY i respect people’s ships and i’m okay with seeing it ( i even laugh at some drarry shitposts ) and i can appreciate it when it’s well written… but i dont ship it
( and also drarry fics with wolfstar in the background for only one scene keep popping up when i’m looking for fics to read… and i hate it… )
