seriously, fandoms are for fun. not for criticism.
if you dont like a trope or headcanon, that’s fine ! but dont be a jerk about it.
like maybe you hate the popular fanon that sirius is short. that’s okay ! you’re allowed to say you dont. youre allowed to make a post that says “jeez, i just dont see what people like so much about short!sirius” or something.
what you SHOULDNT do, is send rude messages to people who like it. if someone makes a post about it, dont reblog with “eeer, except canon says he is tall why do you disrespect canon like that”. that’s rude and puts everyone in a terrible mood, as well as discourages bloggers/writers/artists.
so, dont be a fanasshole !
